Please note that this course is not a detailed insolvency accounting or law course but is essential for understanding the practice of formal insolvency.
Introductory to Insolvency Program
The IPA's Introduction to Insolvency Program (IIP) is a two day face to face interactive course that will provide a sound technical and practical base and also provide a stepping stone to further learning. The course includes an overview of both personal and corporate insolvency with a focus on practical issues that participants will face on the job.
This course is suitable for all new entrants to the insolvency industry, including those just beginning their career and those entering the industry laterally. Those most likely to benefit include cadets, accountants, solicitors, bankers, credit managers and regulators.
On satisfactory completion of the course, the participant will receive a Certificate of Attendance and will also retain the extensive pre-course reading material and course handouts as a valuable reference source for practical and personal use.

Complementary Student Membership for the Calendar Year
All students who have enrolled and paid for the IIP will become 'Student Members' for the calendar year in which they undertake the course. This entitles students to full access of the resources on our website and all IPA events at members rates.
