IPA CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES ADOPTEDAt its AGM on 19th May 2010, IPA members passed a series of special resolutions amending the Association's Constitution. The Resolutions are available, along with the draft Regulations and Guidelines that will now be formally considered by the National Committee. A revised Consitution, incorporating these and previous amendments, will be available soon. Denise North Insolvency Quality ReviewersThe IPA is seeking expressions of interest from senior insolvency practitioners who would like to become Insolvency Quality Reviewers.
